One of the reasons I was drawn to Doterra essential oils is their wellness pyramid. It looks at life and taking care of oneself as a whole. From what we consume, to what we put on our bodies. After being on a plant medicine retreat I learned about what we consume is not only physical but mental as well. What we eat as well as who we surround ourselves with and what we let into our space.

Since then I have been on a journey of self discovery. I’ve connected more to myself through daily rituals, incorporating mindful moments into daily life like seas swimming and drinking cacao. Other modalities like breathwork have been life changing for me and as Self Projected Projector 3/5 energy type. I’m so adventurous in trying different healing modalities like
