Chocolate-Dipped Stuffed Dates with Salted Cashew Cacao Butter – A Divine High-Vibe Treat

March 24, 2025

There’s something so magical about combining nature’s caramel-sweet dates with creamy nut butter and rich dark chocolate. These chocolate-dipped stuffed dates are one of my sacred little pleasures — simple to make, full of nourishment, and completely high-vibe.

The heart of this recipe? My Salted Cashew Cacao Butter, made in my Thermomix — an absolute goddess tool in my kitchen that helps me create soul-nourishing food with ease and flow.

The Sacred Sweetness of Dates

Dates are true Earth medicine — soft, naturally sweet, and incredibly supportive of the body. They’re:

• A rich source of natural sugars for sustained energy

• High in fiber to support digestion

• Packed with potassium, magnesium, iron, and B vitamins for overall vitality

• Full of antioxidants to support radiant health

Energetically, they offer grounding and heart-opening support — like little golden gifts from nature.

The Magic Filling: Salted Cashew Cacao Butter

The centrepiece of this treat is my Salted Chocolate Cashew Butter, made in minutes in the Thermomix. Here’s what’s inside:

• 370 g roasted salted cashews – creamy, protein-rich and full of healthy fats

• 70 g coconut oil – nourishing, metabolism-supportive and beautifully smooth

• 45–55 g pure maple syrup – a mineral-rich natural sweetener

• 2–3 tsp cocoa powder (70% cocoa) – rich in magnesium, iron, and mood-boosting theobromine

This butter is so luscious and satisfying — the perfect balance of sweet, salty, and chocolatey.

Why I Love My Thermomix

My Thermomix is a daily ally in my kitchen — part intuitive tech, part alchemical wizard. It allows me to craft nourishing recipes in minutes, keeping things simple, clean, and vibrant. Whether I’m making herbal elixirs, silky butters, broths, or plant-based meals, I know my Thermomix supports me in creating food that’s aligned with how I want to feel — grounded, clear, and radiant.

How to Make These Divine Stuffed Dates

1. Make the Salted Cashew Cacao Butter:

Add 370 g roasted salted cashews and 70 g coconut oil to the Thermomix. Blend until creamy. Then add 45–55 g maple syrup and 2–3 tsp cocoa powder (70% cocoa), and blend again until smooth.

2. Prepare the Dates:

Gently pit soft high quality dates and open them like little pockets.

3. Fill & Dip:

Spoon the cashew cacao butter into each date. Dip the filled dates halfway into melted dark chocolate (70% or higher).

4. Sprinkle (optional):

Top with flaky sea salt, chopped nuts, hemp seeds, freeze dried raspberries or rose petals before the chocolate sets.

5. Chill & Enjoy:

Place in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to set. Enjoy slowly — ideally with a cup of warm cacao or herbal tea.

These stuffed dates are perfect for women’s circles, cacao ceremonies, or as a beautiful moment of self-love at home. They’re proof that indulgence and nourishment can co-exist — especially when you’re creating from a place of presence and intention.
